Metallic radiant ceilings

In the buildings of the tertiary sector (offices, hospitals, airports, commercial environments, school buildings) a ceiling is often planned, above which systems and service networks can be installed. Making this ceiling the principal element of the air conditioning system makes it possible to optimize its cost and, especially, to benefit from all the advantages offered by radiant technology: considerable comfort and environmental healthiness, consistent energy savings, maximum architectural freedom and enhancement of the surfaces and volumes of the building.

GK Classic

System made of steel sheet composed of active and inactive panels, supported by a 24 mm T-shaped load-bearing structure.
Possibility of creating suspended ceilings with two different modularities: 600x600 mm and 600x1200 mm.
Activated with aluminum thermal diffusers and a hydraulic circuit with copper coil.
Thus allowing to satisfy different thermal output requirements.

GK Top

System made of steel sheet composed of active and inactive panels, supported by a parallel or crossed load-bearing structure.
Possibility of creating suspended ceilings with two different modularities: 600x1200 mm and 1200x1200 mm.
Activated with aluminum thermal diffusers and a hydraulic circuit with copper coil.
Thus allowing to satisfy different thermal output requirements.

GK Ultra

System made of steel sheet composed of active and inactive panels, supported by a crossed load-bearing structure.
Suspended ceilings modularities: 1524x1524 mm.
Activated with aluminum thermal diffusers and a hydraulic circuit with copper coil.
Thus allowing to satisfy the highest aesthetic and performance standards, both in terms of thermal output and in terms of acoustic performance.

GK-V Ultra

System made of steel sheet composed of active panels, supported by characteristic hidden structures, allowing the creation of radiant island ceilings.
Activated with aluminum thermal diffusers and hydraulic circuit with copper coil and spreading over the entire surface of the TNT layer panel to maximize acoustic comfort.
Thus allowing to satisfy the highest aesthetic performance standards, both in terms of thermal output and in terms of acoustic performance.

Connection Components and Other Elements

The following complete our offer for the realization of the radiant system: PB pipes with anti-oxygen barrier, distribution manifolds, adaptors, connection kits formed of butyl flexible pipes with stainless steel braid covering and removable push-fitting connections, rigid spacing suspension structures, thermo-acoustic insulation panels in polyester fibre with combined TNT membrane.

Highlights

Active panel: type C activation, with copper coil 12x1 mm.

Active panel: type A activation, with plastic PB pipe 16x1.5mm with anti-oxygen barrier.

Surface finish: panels available in smooth or micro-perforated version.

Possibility of inspection. The radiant ceiling can be opened at any time to have free access to the system located in the plenum and to perform maintenance operations. The panels taken be placed in vertical position also with system in operation; depending on the version, they can rotate around the load-bearing structure to which they are hooked or remain suspended from the structure with special metal cables, after having being removed from their slot. Under no circumstance is traction exercised on the connection pipes.

Integration with other plant engineering. All our systems can be easily integrated with other systems such as lighting devices, air diffusors or loudspeakers. Inactive panels are available equipped with specific pre-punching to avoid holes or breaks at the worksite. The selection of standard modularity makes it possible to use market standard devices and terminals in place of inactive panels. Small devices can be integrated into the load-bearing elements.

For orders of a certain importance, the ceiling can be personalised in terms of modularity, colour (RAL range), opening method and type of material
